What did peers post after a round like mine?
The short answer
Not yet from our data. This page will count which roles companies like yours posted in the 90 and 180 days after a seed or Series A round, by role, and say how many companies each count rests on.
What this page will measure
- For companies with a typed seed or Series A round, the roles posted within 30, 90 and 180 days of the announcement, as companies.
- A share only once 30 companies with a typed round sit in one window.
When it arrives: late January 2027
Many funding headlines we collect do not yet say which round they are, so a stage cannot be read from them. Once they are classified, and three months of postings after the newest rounds can be read, the counts arrive in late January 2027. The round date is the announcement, not the close.
For founders and CEOs
If you just raised, this page will show which roles companies like yours posted in the three and six months after a similar round.
For portfolio talent teams
For a portfolio's new raises, this page will show which seats usually appear first, so the talent conversation starts before the postings do.
For hiring managers
If a round just landed, this page will show which seats tend to open around you.
Questions people ask
How many people should we hire after a seed round?
This page will not give a number of people: postings show roles, not headcount. It will show which roles companies like yours posted after a similar round.
Is a company that posted nothing not hiring?
Not necessarily. Many companies hire through referrals, agencies and their own networks and never post, and many run no public job board we can read. A company with no posting we could read is unknown, so every figure here counts the companies that did post, and is the least of the group that was hiring a role, never the most.
Methodology and data
Status
Arriving late January 2027 (estimated 2027-01-25). Nothing is plotted on this page until the figures clear the published rules: a share over 30 companies or more, counts below that, medians only.

| Counts of roles posted after a typed round | late January 2027 |
| Headcount after a round | April 2027 at the earliest |
