What is new in hiring at my stage?
The short answer
No role is leaning into the latest quarter at five or more companies in any group we follow today. From late April 2027 this page will show, per role, how much of its new listings fell in the latest 90 days, against the 25 in 100 an even year gives.
What this page will measure
- Per role and group, the share of new listings in the latest 90 days, stated only above 25 in 100 and at five or more companies.
- New listings per month since October 2026, as a small column chart.
When it arrives: late April 2027
It needs two quarters of listings first seen on the boards after October 2026, so a quarter can be compared with the one before. The twelve-month history cannot do it, because most companies show only their newest postings there.
For founders and CEOs
If you want to know which seat is getting more competitive, this page will show which role companies at your stage are posting more of this quarter.
For portfolio talent teams
For a portfolio, this page will show which role is picking up across companies, a quarter before it shows in the talent requests.
For hiring managers
If a role near yours is picking up, the people you want will be courted more often; this page will show which.
Questions people ask
What is new in hiring at my stage?
Today, no role clears the bar for "picking up" in any group we follow. When one does, this page will name it with the number of companies behind it.
Does a posting mean the company hired someone?
No. A posting says a company was looking for the role, not that it filled it, and a company that posted the same role five times counts once. The page reads what was posted and listed, never who was hired.
